Leuk als cadeau met persoonlijke boodschap! We eten té zout. Mijn leven veranderde als een donderslag bij heldere hemel toen ik een hartinfarct kreeg waarbij mijn hart onherstelbaar beschadigd raakte. Er kwam nog iets bij: ik mocht geen toegevoegd zout meer eten. Voedsel is niet alleen ruim 40 jaar mijn werk geweest; het is mijn passie en mijn leven. Ik dacht dat ik nooit meer echt van eten zou kunnen genieten. Iedereen heeft zout nodig maar in Nederland eten we te veel zout! Hoofdgerecht, voor 4 personen.
