My son Noah was born 12-11-07 at 1:06 pm, 6lbs 6ozs, 19.69 inches. . The lesion on his back was smaller than they had expected, they surgery to close it went very well as did the surgery to put the shunt in, the doctor said it was the easiest one he has done on a baby. His legs move and they're strong! Everything has gone so much better than I had imagined. I had a question. Do any of you have a shunt? If any of you do, have you ever had a problem with it?
