A tour to the Victoria Marine Communication Traffic Service (MCTS). 2010 Spring Student Cruise. The Spring 2010 Student Cruise to Otter Bay on Pender Island was held on Sunday 07 March 2010 with 26 participants of whom nine were Boating Class students. 2010 Fire Safety Demonstration.
