Whitley's Week: New England
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2014/08/new-england.html
Sunday, August 17, 2014. The weekend we were up there, the Hargreaves clan, along with Mike and the kids, joined us. We swam in a river and at Willoughby Lake, rode a chairlift, and spent some nice time catching up. I like the charlift. I rode a horse with Avery. I had fun with grammy and papy.". Papa and Whitley enjoy a refreshing treat at Ben and Jerry's. Ben and Jerry's has a "Flavor Graveyard" with all of their "retired" flavors. They all sounded pretty good to us! Another photo in the garden. Willoo...

Whitley's Week: December 2013
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 1, 2013. How is it already December? Autumn was busy and lovely. I thought I'd throw together a blog to capture some of the highlights. Whitley shows off a snazzy outfit she got for her birthday. When she put it on, she said, "Mommy, this is something Stacy would wear." So cute! She knows her aunt has better style than her Mom! Whitley, Grammy, Papa and I visited a popular art exhibit called "The Art of the Brick." Everything was made out of Legos! His head is off! Now Day Day's turn!

Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Ice Cream for Two. As part of Whitley's super-fun birthday weekend (Big blog to follow! We went to one of her favorite restaurants, La Fiesta. They were kind to offer her a complimentary ice cream, which she was happy to share. :) I took a ton of photos of these two, because I was so tickled by Whitley feeding David and him sneaking bites! What We've Been Up To. Sorry for the long break between blogs! I burned myself with the hot glue gun more times than I could count. The th...

And we are going to miss his party due to our travel plans. :( Major Sad Face. Thus, I really wanted to celebrate with him in some other way. Fortunately, Stacy and George were kind enough to let us have David for the day, and it was grand! Day Thanks for meeting me with him, Swazzie! I really appreciate it! We played a little wiffle ball inside the park. Ooooh, so wet!

http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Helping him turn the basement of his house in Raleigh into a haunted house for his sons' Halloween party, watching him dance at my wedding (He said he only danced out of joy, and my wedding was a truly joyful event. He was an excellent dancer! Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Catching Up: Spring Breakers! We spent Spring Break in Myrtle Beach this year. It began with Easter weekend, and the Davises were there, too! Tom and I also went on a haunted pub crawl and had the most fun! It was per...

Whitley's Week: July 2014
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 27, 2014. Play Dates and Water Slides. I like the waterslids and wave pool. Summer has been rolling on, and July is surprisingly almost over! Lots of animals and fun exhibits. Then this past Wednesday, we really had a family adventure. We spent the night at Great Wolf Lodge! Worth it, though. They have some exciting slides! Our water girl loved every minute, especially the "wavey pool," as she called it. The otters were really cute and active. Addy was a little shy about hugging one. I didn'...

Whitley's Week: January 2014
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 31, 2014. Disney Day Four (and a half). Good morning, Magic Kingdom! For our last full day, we were back at Magic Kingdom. We watched the train roll in, and then I raced to get in line for Merida while Tom and Whitley rode Peter Pan one last time. (This was the same plan as last year.) Well, it was a great plan, because Whitley was first. And it's all the best tunes. This year they added, "Let it go! We caught the fireworks, too, and rode Big Thunder and Pirates before the Electrical Para...

Whitley's Week: November 2013
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Halloween was a hit once again with the Watsons! Hard to keep up with two running boys in an over-sized gown. :) Catwoman makes for easier maneuvering, for sure. All three kiddos filled their bags with candy and Trick-or-Treated for exactly one hour. Then, they collectively asked to head on home. It was so funny- they'd had enough! We had a Robin Hood/Maid Marian thing going on. Most people called me "princess" all night, though, which was fine by me. :).

Whitley's Week: Hershey's Chocolate World
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2014/08/hersheys-chocolate-world.html
Sunday, August 17, 2014. After our New England trip, we headed back down toward North Carolina with a stop in Hershey, Pennsylvania. While there, we decided to take a tour around The World of Hershey. We met some characters, rode on a trolley, and even made our own candy bars. Whitley poses in front of a picture of candy characters with original names like Hershey, Reese and Kiss. That's right, those are their names! Here she is with.Hershey! I will try to stop being snarky now.). These are the designs e...

Whitley's Week: October 2013
http://whitleygrace.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Our Whitley is six! I don't know why it feels so much older and significant than all of her other birthdays, but it does. I think it's because she is in school now, or maybe because she has developed into such a fun and lovable little person. In her own right. Whatever the reason, Tom and I are just so proud of and pleased with our ever-growing daughter, and we were thrilled to celebrate her birthday this month. Good idea, Aunt Stacy! On her actual birthday, Whitley celebrated ...
