Public Computing Annual Refresh – news update #2. August 17, 2015. The PCAR project is in full swing. LTS began reimaging public computers this year on August 8th beginning with our Lippincott Library. Our goal is to deploy computers as quickly as possible to minimize downtime in public computing spaces. The project runs through September 13th between the hours of 9 to 5 with some exceptions.
