University of St Andrews Mens Shinty Club. Where To Find Us. We play and train at the John Seamans Arena, the finest shinty pitch in all of Fife, and perhaps the world. Every year, the Arena hosts the Scottish Universities Freshers Tournament in September. This is a great time to come along and try out something new, since everyone else is going to be shit as well. We also host the exclusive and invitational Littlejohn’s tournament in February/March, and the Alumni Sixes in April/May.
