I don’t for a minute think everyone should quit their jobs and homeschool their kids. I know many parents who would be just miserable, and that alone is reason to not do it. If you would hate homeschooling, if you would much rather do an IEP and make sure your child’s needs are met at school, go for it with my blessing! This just happens to be what is working for my family.
