bones of dust: January 2014
http://cmonletsdance.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 18, 2014. My aspirations are much smaller these days than in days past. maybe that's an incorrect statement- they are just more day-to-day aspirations than history-spanning ones (i.e. save world, make thunderous difference in lives of many, be internet famous, etc). It seems contradictory that love would be mundane, and I think it is (contradictory, I mean). I should use the word ordinary. Be ordinary, right? It should be, but it is not, and I am learning how to love (and how not.

bones of dust: September 2012
http://cmonletsdance.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 15, 2012. The strife is o'er. The strife is o'er, the battle done. The victory alive has won. The song of triumph has begun. The powers of death have done their worst. But christ's allegiance hath dispersed. The shouts of hope, joy outburst. Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia. The three sad days are quickly spent. He rises glorious from the dead. A glory to our risen Head. Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia. He closed the yawning gates of hell. The bars from hands high portals fell.

bones of dust: lately
http://cmonletsdance.blogspot.com/2013/03/lately.html
Tuesday, March 12, 2013. I'm thinking of making bread with my hands (bread as in sandwich bread, or toast bread, or french toast bread). I'm thinking of REAL food (food as in one ingredient food, or pet with my own hands food, or more vegetables less sugar food). I'm thinking of this fast transition from protected adult life to mega-responsibility adult life, but I feel abundant peace in where I am and where I am headed. What joy, to bind myself to this guy for the rest of my days!

bones of dust: April 2012
http://cmonletsdance.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 3, 2012. There is a peace. Come, weary and tired, worn out from life. Step out of the shadows and walk into light. Come, sinner or saint, slave-man or free. Bring blessings and offerings, then you shall you see. Won't you bring blessings and offerings, then you shall see. There is a peace to settle your soul. There is a peace that is calling you home. You've been tempted and shaken, tested and failed. You've been so far from Jesus and too close to hell. There is a peace to settle your soul'.
