An amount of R300.00 will be charged as once off cleaning / laundry fee over and above the daily rates, irrespective of length of stay. Before let, a refundable deposit of R750.00 is to be paid to cover any damages/breakages, etc. All weekend bookings will be for a minimum of R500.00 per night. All Peak Season bookings will be for a minimum of 3 nights. 50% deposit is required to secure bookings. Less than 30 days before arrival - full payment is forfeited.

Our spacious two-bedroom unit is situated on the ground floor, which allows easy access to and from the beach. We have one full bathroom, the main bedroom consists of a double bed and comes with sufficient cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom.And the second room has two single beds and a baby cot. The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with a stove, fridge, deep freezer, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery - everything you need to make your self-catering holiday comfortable.
