February 22, 2009, 11:21 pm. Oh yea. Craft weekend. A much needed, girly weekend. It started out with a quick run to Hobby Lobby to pick up all the necessities…. Next was Chinese food! The General Tso’s chicken was from the frozen aisle in Wal-Mart and I promise you it was a good as anything I’ve ever gotten at a Chinese place. You should check it out sometime. Craft time came next! Then we watched Fireproof. Acting=No good. Story=fantastic. I’d encourage everyone to see it! Confessions of a Shopaholic.

Long Time No Blog. September 15, 2008, 1:42 am. I’m exausted. I don’t sleep right. I’m probably not eating great. I’m just worn out. But…. I love it here. I really do. July 27, 2008, 1:18 pm. Filed under: Airport Adventures. So, I finally made it to Germany in one piece. The plane ride was actually not too bad. There was a screaming child for the first two hours but I guess he finally fell asleep at night, when it really counted. Thank goodness! Idea what was going on. The priest came to talk to us afterwards and I don’t think he understood I don’t speak German. He just kept talking to me and asking questions and I was completely lost haha. QUICK update on life. This is the high school where most of our students go. We had 5 girls on homecoming court this year from Long Hollow. Two of the girls tonight, Haley and Brittany are girls that I get to disciple on a weekly basis. It was so great to see all of the Long Hollow girls all dressed up! Right now I'm going through the study of "A 30-Day Walk with God in the Psalms" by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. So far it's been amazing journey. Right now we're walking through Psalm 19 and it's probably been the most impacting for me. Oh how I wish to be the simple made wise. I’m Cutting Back TV To Simplify My Life. 6 / 17 / 15. True Confession: I love MTV’s Teen Wolf. There’s just something about the mixture of teenage angst and fake supernatural phenomena that sucks me right in. I watch reruns of it every summer, and have even been known to sit through. The Slowest Streaming Ever. On MTV.com to watch new episodes. So when I decided recently to quit watching shows like Teen Wolf in an attempt to cut back the television in my life, I lamented for a bit. It makes me laugh.
