Monday, October 31, 2011. CBJ Roster Review 10/31. 160;: Well done for him to take Getzlaf out of the game for 5 minutes last night. Too bad all he really did was hug the guy for a minute or so. 160;: In the bandaid club. Still not convinced that him being healthy makes a difference as to whether he rides out the year in the press box (for the most part) thanks to the depth of this club. Labels: Columbus Blue Jackets. Recap : Columbus vs. Anaheim 10/30. Friday, October 28, 2011. Thursday, October 27, 2011.

Carry the Flag: Mock Draft v1.0
http://carrytheflag-cbj.blogspot.com/2012/04/mock-draft-v10.html
Sunday, April 22, 2012. Mock Draft v1.0. All Star winger, deadly shooter, good playmaker, has a physical edge. Size and injuries are a concern. Top line center with good two way play. May not have elite offensive skills, knee injury. All Star center with good scoring and playmaking skills. Effort and consistency have been a problem, huge upside but huge risk. Top powerplay defenseman with a physical edge. Decision making needs work. Smooth skating top pairing defenseman. Top line power forward. Could imp...

Carry the Flag: February 2011
http://carrytheflag-cbj.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 28, 2011. Sestito Deal Benefits Franchise First. In the dying moments of crunch time, news came over twitter from a number of sources stating that fan favourite Tom Sestito had been dealt to the Philadelphia Flyers for former Blue Jacket Greg Moore, and last year 3rd round pick Michael Chaput. Not unsurprising, mass histeria struck half of the Blue Jacket twitter fanbase as the idea of losing a guy who showed solid promise sunk in. Certainly characteristics that look good coming into a b...

Wednesday, February 29, 2012. February 20-26 CBJ Prospect Week in Review. A Follow-up on the Nash Saga. Two days ago I wrote a pretty scathing piece. Upon hearing that it was Rick Nash, not the Columbus Blue Jackets management who decided that it was time for him to be traded. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. The Rick Nash Mess.

MartiniHockey.net: Tank That, Toronto
http://www.martinihockey.net/2015/04/040815-game-80-cbj-5-toronto-0.html
Unfettered, unfiltered and unnerving since 2008. If It's a Hockey Hour, It's HAPPY HOUR! Thursday, April 9, 2015. Tank That, Toronto. Another game, another glimpse at the team that just will not quit. Not content to have a nine-game win streak downgraded to a ten-game point streak and then stop there, the Columbus Blue Jackets extended their run to 11 games without a regulation loss, by scorching the Toronto Maple Leafs 5-0. But man, was it good to see him back, or what? Boone Jenner would net the second...
