One Fat Man’s Goal; 26.2. I just wanna say no sometimes. This past weekend we went for a long run in some pretty strong winds and it seemed like the wind was in our face both ways. Yesterday, we ran 3.6 miles at 8:30 after I enjoyed happy hour with some friends. This morning, I woke up at 5:15 to go see my trainer. I just wanted to say no to all of them.
