Monday, August 22, 2011. First Day of Kindergarten. The big day is here! We successfully (I think! Filled out the thick stack of paperwork required to send your kid to school, hopefully proved our residency, stocked up on cool lunch foods, and our little girl is off to kindergarten! Monday, May 14, 2012. They had SO much fun. It's so interesting to watch these two evolve. Two years ago there is no way I would have found Addie outside playing in the rain by herself. Add Jack to the mix though and who knows what they will be doing. They play so well together and even find mischief together. Monday, May 14, 2012. This part here was not for the faint of heart. I see a little worry in her eyes and I think my hairdresser, Amanda, was even a little nervous. The hair looked pretty crazy from being cut in a pony tail so Addie was very concerned when she saw the dry cut. After a long hair washing and reassurance from Amanda that she would fix her hair and make it look pretty. Happy girl at the end! What a good cause! That is so sweet! Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Our Sweet Brynnley Turns One! I don't know how this happened.but Brynnley turned one this week! On Brynn's birthday, we went to the mall play area.which she loves! She loves spaghetti, so we had a spaghetti dinner for her. We kept the party pretty small, with family member (and some extended family)! After dinner she opened her presents, followed by cake and ice cream. After her sugar rush wore off, she went down for bed and was happy to see her crib. Our sweet little girl LOVES ...

We have been so busy this summer so blogging has been even more difficult than normal to keep up on. One major event that happened in May.Brynn turned 3! Friends, balloons, cupcakes, games, and even a pinata. Brynn was so excited and had so much fun.except for the couple times she cried (I think she got a little overwhelmed with all the kids and chaos going on)! Everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Microwave the fish for 2 minutes or poach for 5 minutes and then flake it into a large bowl. Remove skin and bones. Cool down. A glass of white wine ought to do it! Add all the ingredients to the bowl, mix well and season. Lay one fillo pastry sheet (25cm by 10cm) flat on a damp cloth and place a tbsp of fish mixture on the top corner.
