I am sure everything that is recycled must be clean. I sometimes think it is more envirionmentally friendly to just throw somethings away rather than waste a lot of water clearning them out! I have wavy hair and im always curling it (or scrunching it) with spray moose or gel . i was wondering if there are any shampoos and conditioners that will curl your hair? I've been noticing my shampoo has been diluted lately, as if someone is putting water in it. No - I don't buy from the really cheap discount stores that do that to their products. The shampoo I buy is only a couple dollars a bottle, not $30 like some high-maintenance women. I called my husband out on it, and he admitted to watering down my shampoo with the intent of saving money! What do I do?
