Om deze leegte op te vullen heeft Subaru nu de Exiga Crossover 7 SUV op de markt gebracht. Als basis wordt een Exiga. Gebruikt en wordt deze op hoge poten gezet (vergelijkbaar met de Legacy vs Outback). De motor is de allom gekende 2.5 boxer motor zonder turbo, deze levert ongeveer 180pk.
