So I’m asking any of you who might be able to help. What keeps you going? What makes it easier or work? I again am ready but I don’t want to fail again! I have another trip to the Keys this summer. Hi there, how is it going? I have done pretty good the last 5 days. I have walked the last 4 days out 5. I have also started my internship in a 3rd grade classroom with a amazing teacher. I have learned so much in just 2 days. I keep getting a little nervous about actually getting up in front of the class and actually teaching but at the same time I can’t wait! This is just such a dream come true. I am so blessed. Please pray that I can just keep moving forward with my healthy plan for 2015.

So as of yesterday I am down 2.5 lbs. I played some soccer on Saturday and beat my time tonight in my walk by 5 minutes in a mile! I also did some exercise with weights at home. Something I found on Pinterest and I loved it! Life is such a funny little gem! I was watching a show tonight thinking Gosh what I wouldn’t give to be 20 again and then i rethought that and was like NO WAY! It was one of the most confusing times in my life! Peace and Love,. So it’s been awhile… I know I fell off the band wagon! I have not gained any of my lost weight back. I do plan on jumping back on the band wagon today. It’s so crazy how your brain works! I have been so down about not exercising and so blah that you would think I would never stop but I do and then you get so down that you just can’t do it. It is such a vicious cycle and tough. I have lost 15lbs. In 3 1/2 months. Sooooo I am really happy! The Meds really do keep me from being hungry and give me a little extra energy. I hope to keep coming back but I have been really busy lately with working and school and 3 teenagers and trying to get workouts in. It has been crazy! I hope you all are doing great. من از نگاه کلاغی که رفت . فهمیدم سرنوشت باغمان تبر است. نوشته شده در جمعه ۱۳۹۴/۰۷/۰۳ساعت 12:4 توسط عظیم قنبری نیا. یک روز معلم از دانش اموزانی که در کلاس بودند پرسید :. ایا می توانید راهی غیر تکراری برای ابراز عشق بیان کنید؟ برخی دانش اموزان گفتند با "بخشیدن " عشقشان را معنا می کنند . برخی دادن گل و هدیه و حرف های دلنشین را راه بیان عشق عنوان کردند و شماری دیگر هم گفتند. باهم بودن در تحمل رنج ها و لذت بردن از خوشبختی" را راه بیان عشق می دانند . یک ببر بزرگ جلوی زن و شوهر ایستاده و به انان خیره شده بود .
