It Came from the Netherlands. Jan 10th, 2007 at 10:30 PM. Here now, there are other people in the house who. Drink coffee. And, hey, that’s good enough to justify buying a new coffee machine, right? Besides, they got me three bags of good coffee for Christmas. At least, most of them don’t. This Dalek love child is a “Moccamaster Clubline,” made by Technivorm in the Netherlands. What makes it so special, you may ask? It also brews pretty fast. As fun to watch as the vacuum pot. It looks at least as cool.

Checkin' in. check it out! March 19th: 240 lbs. Today: 237.4 lbs. Not a big leap, but at the lowest, I was 237.2 right before the end or March and then it crept up to 238 for a bit. Fighting the wibbling! Getting below the 240 mark has been a BIG boost to my mood. So encouraging! This puts me at 35 lbs lost total since March '07, 8.2 lbs of that since Valentine's Day. If I can keep this up, I'll be about 225 at Rocket City FurMeet (which you should go to, if you can! And about 210-215 at Anthrocon!

I recently posted in a reply to someone else about portion plates, but then proceeded to do some more digging. I looked at quite a few plates and the thought was always, "Is this something I would take to the office/studio? Mostly, I was answering no. This plate http:/ theportionplate.com/. Loving myself more when there's less of me to love! April 3rd: 237.4 lbs. April 5th: 239.7 lbs (Making and partaking of even a small piece of cake? April 10th: 236.8 lbs. Man, if not for the recovery work, this would have been a stellar week! Still, it's progress! I really need to sell Doemain strips from books 1 and 2, so I can buy clothes that fit again.
