Sussex Lodge and 16 Stanhope Terrace. Prior to enfranchisement, the freehold belonged to the Church Commissioners and they had granted a head lease. There were originally a series of short tenancies in the block but by the time the enfranchisement process started all flats were held on more or less standard form underleases which expired in Sep 2032. Following the successful enfranchisement, the participating tenants obtained new 999 year underleases in a form more suited to modern day requirements.
