Although I wasn’t outright planning to watch it, I was happy I accidentally stumbled upon it last night while channel surfing (yes, I channel surf). It turned out to be the best 2 hours I’ve spent in the last week. In the end Mr. Pollan’s advice comes down to these simple words:. Filed Under: art of food. October 19, 2014.
