So my birthday was on Mother's day this year as it has been many other times in the past, but it wasn't just any birthday, it was the big 30! So on May 11th, 3 days after my birthday I took a plane from Denver to Washington D.C! Then Doug and Golden came to a BBQ with their families and I got to see my new nephew, Soren. He was munching on my face a lot. I love him! Jeri, Nia and Christain at the Dobin House.

Our greatest treasures call us Mom and Dad. Monday, December 13, 2010. Ian is finally walking! He is 16 mos old. So if you adjust that for being 3 mos. premature, he would be 13 mos. and walking. That is pretty normal. I am so excited! Our goal was to get him walking by Christmas and he is doing great! I will try and take some pics of him walking, since my video won't load.sorry:). My life with boys. Friday, June 10, 2011. Our sweet number four arrived June 6, 2011 at 6:01pm. Joseph Dexter Hess weighed 8lbs 8oz (over a pound more than my other children) and was 20 inches long. My life with boys. Saturday, January 8, 2011. In the morning we went to one of William's basketball games - then we went to the Clark Planetarium aka the "Buzz" museum. Samuel is the midst of a serious Toy story obsession, and this was as close as I could muster to where a space ranger would hang out. We love our little ham. He makes us giggle everyday. We have a few years yet, but maybe one day we will watch him on TV - though, it could not be more entertaining than watching these 5-8 year olds. My life with boys. Tuesday, September 6, 2011. My baby's growing up :(. Today was Samuel's first day of preschool. Like most moms, for me, this day is met with mixed feelings. Samuel is my pal. I have drug him with me on errands, appointments, mommy lunches, Christmas shopping excursions and everything in between. He makes me laugh daily - he is ham ham ham! Me and my Munchkins. They are an Adventure. Sunday, March 13, 2011. This past weekend I participated for the 4Th year in an annual auction for Burn Camp. I love how generous people are and know that the money they spend is well spent on these amazing kids. I went to church today. I only got 3 hours of sleep because of the time change and the auction. Okay, so its been QUITE a while since I've bothered to post anything.and I'm sure most everyone has given up checking my blog, but for anyone out there, we are still here! We are expecting Baby #2! I am due January 20th and we are thrilled! It was a bit of a surprise pregnancy, but I will take a happy surprise over the heartache that we had waiting to get pregnant with Gavin for over 18 months. This is the best surprise I've ever had! Gavin has changed so much!

Me and my Munchkins. They are an Adventure. Monday, October 4, 2010. Did you know there was a "skinny jean code"? I didn't either until this morning. My beautiful girls are all about the skinny jeans.OK I admit I have a couple pairs:). Well as they were getting dressed this morning Jaycee asked Bryn if she knew about the "code"? Bryn looked at her like she was crazy! I piped in and said I didn't know about the "code". Bryn then said, " I'm wearing skinny jeans today! Love that silly girl Jaycee!
