Sam was such a good guy, even when water was being poured over his head. We had a nice party afterwards at Nanni's house. Fun day with our family and friends. Scarlett had terrible flashbacks of her baptism, but managed to keep her composure. Grandma B, Pa and Scarlie. Aunt Jazzy and the lil. Running from the law.

CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Saturday, July 19, 2008. Grandma B liked to watch the girls dance together. Curtis took Nathan boogie boarding for the first time. Natalie in all her glory. This was what I watched most of the day. Our little beach baby. Beachin' it up (thanks, Kim). If only she would keep them on. Grandpa B takes his kite to new heights. We had so much fun with Kim, London and Ben. They are the best! I love the beach! This pretty much captures Scarlett's feelings toward the beach.

Saturday, August 2, 2008. We spent our vacation this summer up in Carmel with some friends. We strapped the bikes to the back of their car and drove up with Brette and Christian (and their baby-to-be! We found out the hard way that the Carmel hills can be brutal on the bikes, but we powered through. You would never know that Brette is expecting, as she was a total sport and put the rest of us to shame! Here are some photos we captured along the way. Packed up the car (full! Monday, August 4, 2008. We celebrated Mom's B-day Sunday. Uncle Denny was in town from PA, and we went to a place in Corona called Tom's Farms. We had a great time taking baby Ava on the train, and Dad took her on her first Merry-go-Round. I drove everyone crazy taking pictures. Ava is so darn cute, I really have to hold back to not post them all! Happy Birthday Mom :). Ava stole the show, as usual! First Merry-go-Round (too fast for a good photo).
