Most of these ornaments were made by my Mother about 40 years ago. The wreath and the snowman I made our first and second year of marriage 30 years ago. Posted by Mrs. M. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Pictures, What do you think? Then she sends me one of her mother as a teenager. I do think that could be Mary's daughter. What do you think?

SymphonicSue: Marriages of a Mary Ruth Gulledge (not neccessarily mine)

http://www.symphonicsue.blogspot.com/2011/03/marriages-of-mary-ruth-gulledge-not.html

Sunday, March 13, 2011. Marriages of a Mary Ruth Gulledge (not neccessarily mine). I set out searching for a marriage of Mary Ruth Gulledge to Sparks or Wooliver so I searched family search, and the county sites of Gregg and Upshur. Gladewater happens to be in 2 counties. That could throw you off for awhile looking for records. I received the marriage license from Jefferson, Marion County, Texas, for Deryl and Mary. They were married on Jan. 13, 1929. Are these all the same Mary Ruth? Posted by Mrs. M.

Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Pictures, What do you think? Then Jane sends me the first picture. On the back it says, "Deryl and Mary Sparks, January 1929. Not a very good picture to see facial features I suppose, but I'm not sure she looks like my Mary. Then again, the second picture is about 20 years after the first one. There are a lot of people I wouldn't recognize 20 years later. Then she sends me one of her mother as a teenager. I do think that could be Mary's daughter. What do you think? Can't find the...

I'm off to Hershey, PA tomorrow to spend my spring break. Although I'm a little concerned about the weather, I am excited to get away. I'll take lots of pictures so stay posted. Oh, I'm also taking Flat Stanley. He should enjoy the trip. What I hope to see! Posted by Mrs. M. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Travel template. Powered by Blogger.

SymphonicSue: October 2008

http://www.symphonicsue.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html

Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Poplar Hill Pumpkin Patch. If you can avoid running off a very narrow road, a household off Poplar Hill Road in Baltimore decorate their hillside with their home-grown pumpkins, meticulously carved and glowing nightly for a few evenings before Halloween. I enjoyed looking for the photos, but there are so many! Posted by Mrs. M. Monday, October 27, 2008. My slideshow is obviously black cats. My first graders sing a song entitled "Big Black Cats" so I thought they would enjoy it.

Here to There and Back Again. Instructional Technology changes so fast we constantly find ourselves back at the beginning asking questions such as. Where do we go from here? We never actually arrive but instead are constantly evaluating and adjusting our goals and targets. So here I am Back Again to learn, explore and adjust some targets. I've been an Ins...
