With top ten finishes across ITU, long distance and Xterra events, Doug’s ten year stint as an elite triathlon has given him a rather well rounded approach to endurance sports coaching. Whilst he started triathlon as a national level swimmer, Doug found his strength to be on two wheels both physically and technically, regularly posting the fastest bike splits in pretty much everything he entered.
