A visiting cousin seemed like a good reason to walk the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. A second time. Actually, I wanted to run it, but I was vetoed. View from King George Bathhouse if you crane your neck a little. Also every time I visit Queenstown, I am reminded of why there are so many tourists.
