I purchased the telephony TAPI control that I use in the program from Exceletel. Here is what www.exceletel.com. ExceleTel utilizes the following voice modem:. Zoom/Modem V.92 PCI Model 3025 C. Detects remote hang-up (etLine.OnDisconnected event). Reports caller-ID (Only the 'C' model handles callerID). Supports Windows 2000 and XP. Here is some emails I received concerning modems and Talking Caller ID. The modem is a US Robotics USB modem, Model USR5637. This modem does work with Vista Business 64 bit.
