Saturday, March 28, 2009. I still have my CRAZY life going on.working 50 hours per week between the hospital and my training gym. I am prepping for my guest posing in May, and I'm sore ALL the time! LOL My shoulder is doing SO much better, and I am really hoping it stays that way! I will be performing my "money" routine, and I have been running it in sections. It's coming along. I have some GREAT news! I am going to be featured in Max Muscle Magazine in May! Well peeps, I must go! Train hard- NO excuses!

Monday, May 19, 2008. We made it home from Africa safe and sound.exhausted, but very happy! We had a magical time, words cannot express the beauty that we saw. Wednesday, April 09, 2008. I am a tilapia cookin' fool tonight. :) I thought I would write you all a note while I am cooking all my food for my trip! I did my first coat of tan tonight, and Oh my God, I forgot how great you look after first coat.ha ha ha. I weighed in at 121lbs this morning.right where I wanted to be! I ran both routines tonight.and they were super high energy! My costume is super cute, and my daughter gave me the most adorable compliment.she said, "mommy, you know your black outfit?

Sunday, January 22, 2006. I have officially returned to my redneck roots.last night, my husband and I, went to the Desert Brawl in Bend. If you have never been to one of these: it is a series of cage fighting matches. You either are knocked out or tap out. Wednesday, June 07, 2006. We got in last night at 9pm.We had a total blast! We successfully kept the entire trip a secret from the kids until we drove into the airport to leave. As we pull into the airport parking lot, I had the video camera on them, and when they asked "why are we here? I answered "we are getting on a plane this morning and flying to Disneyland! I just quit looking in the mirror and enjoyed spending time with my family:) I will try to post some good pics in my gallery section soon.

Monday, April 21, 2008. After a fun filled weekend, I am SO exhausted- but it was a total blast! I worked the Labrada booth Friday and Saturday (morning and night shows) with my good friend Jimmy Galindo from Labrada.
