I just witnessed the most extraordinary thing. July 28th, 2010 (03:52 pm). I have a wasp's nest on my back porch. I know, I should have done something when I noticed them building it, but we don't really use the back deck anyway, and they're not the agressive kind of wasps that attack you just because you're there. They let me hang out my laundry in peace, so I let them be. I think I've just witnessed round one of the great bug wars.

February 14th, 2009. 12:46 pm - My New Hero. The Little one has the flu and she's been so sick (and mean). The Dr mentioned she could take NyQuil, but I wasn't sure about it. Well last night I caved and gave her some. OMG I LOVE THE PERSON WHO INVENTED NyQuil! Everyone should give their teenagers NyQuil once in a while :P I only wish I had thought of it with the older one when she was 'dying' last week with an upper-respiratory. Mark my words, I'll remember for next time. Use the liquid for best results:P.
