They don’t take long to cook and could be marinated according to any flavor you want. With this recipe in particular, the egg and buttermilk marinade just makes a difference on the taste. I tell you, you’d never want to marinate your chicken on anything else ever again. 4 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
