Stroke of a Genius. The ramblings and reflections of a comic stroke sufferer. Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Saturday, October 17. I took Chris to the airport before doing the shopping with Pat. Chris is going on a cruise around Australia and New Zealand. Monday, October 19. After a weekend of a head cold it was a day of medical appointments: first, an X-Ray of my arm; and, then seeing Ann my podiatrist. What with cooking the evening meal as well, it blew the entire day. Tuesday, October 20. A Call to Arms.

Stroke of a Genius. The ramblings and reflections of a comic stroke sufferer. Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Tuesday, October 27. Tori had asked if Pat could attend this morning’s session at Neuro Sense so that she could teach Pat some more exercises that she wanted me to do at home but which Pat would need to help with. I fetched Pat from work and drove her to Tori’s home but did not realize that the building had metamorphosed into a medieval castle. And then unlocked the elbow and draw my arm back. MS Pub...

Stroke of a Genius. The ramblings and reflections of a comic stroke sufferer. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. A Thursday to Remember. Thursday, October 8th:. It was then that I learnt that the security type used by the router was, “WPA” as opposed to the more common, “WEP”. My brain was in free-fall by now; my memory banks were being plundered. I knew that there was something special about WPA but I could not remember what! It was time for a coffee and a toilet break. Like a bear waking from hibernation, I ...

Stroke of a Genius. The ramblings and reflections of a comic stroke sufferer. Sunday, September 27, 2009. We had travelled to the airport in Ray’s BMW and Joanne’s 4x4 because it was the only thing that could accommodate the luggage. The walk from the car park to “Terminal 3” seemed endless but eventually we line-up at the disabled check-in desk and soon we were relieved of six cases, all within grams of 23kg each.
