http://survivedtoday.blogspot.com/2016_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 31, 2016. Thank You for Saving My Passion For Writing. Three years ago my writing journey took a new turn when my friends Betsy Hubbard and Robin Sheldon convinced me to create a blog so I could join in on the Slice of Life challenges. I can not thank them enough for nudging me in that direction for a lot of different reasons. March 6, 2015 - 7 Comments. About seven months ago, I discovered an outline for a novel that I developed more than eight years earlier. Over the years I would think about it, but assumed that it had been tossed during one of my moves. I was thrilled to find it while doing a deep clean of some old paperwork. Whatever it turns out to be, it’s no longer a pipe dream. The group requested a more refined scene for next month’s meeting. I better get writing. 03/07/2015 at 11:38 am. 03/07/2015 at 11:48 am. Life, Love and Everything Else. The glorious and not so glorious life of a working soccer mom. March 10, 2016. Well, one of our neighbors had a different opinion. Here’s the back story. Several months later we noticed our friendly neighbor was acting strange. He was angry. At us. He would glare at us and went so far as yelling at my husband from across the street calling us snobs. Now, I’ve been accused of being many things but never a snob. What is his deal? What are we Walt? Enlighten me. Why? Pulling ...

March 20, 2015. This is usually not a challenge, but today I was obsessed with everything meat. Every other Friday: coffee and a sweet baked good. Today: a sausage Mcmuffin sounds delicious. Well…….I did not cave; I made it, guilt free for another week. You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0. On My 2016 ...

Thoughts of a reader, writer, and surfer. Thoughts from a Teacher about Literacy and more. Last night I heard Susan Cain speak about introverts and her book “Quiet.” It was quite interesting.
