Views of an exiled Linfield fan. Monday, June 26, 2006. The 16th AFFI (Antifascist Football Fan Initiative) Cup. Took place at the weekend. Over 2 days, 32 mixed teams and 9 women's teams played out a tournament in a relaxed, tolerant atmosphere. It was the first time I could take part, seeing as it always takes place when I'm back working in London, so I was quite excited. I was playing this time for the mighty TeBe Party Army. Turned up with the FBI boys, went throught the rules with them (eg 2 points ...

E- Block International - A Weblog for "Away Fans" of Tennis Borussia Berlin. Thursday, June 08, 2006. The Greatest Fans In The World. So after the team's unbelievable win in the cup (match report to follow soon I promise)it was the turn of the fans, at the Academic Fan Song Competition. Away in the East at the Kulturbrauerei. If we were going to win this then it was going to be an "Away Match" but being near the JSP the mood was hopeful. So who are going to win the World Cup? No, the World Cup". Etc, etc...

Views of an exiled Linfield fan. Thursday, March 30, 2006. 1FC Union 0 - 1 TeBe. Paul-Rusch-Pokal, quarter final. So TeBe move into the Berlin Cup semis with a great away win at moneybags Union. 250-odd TeBe fans apparently made a great noise, the winner came in the second half from - who else? Micha FussFussFuss. The team are on a great run at the moment, I think that's 8 wins in a row. Typical TeBe, either very very good or awful. Posted by Part-Time Supporter @ 12:07 pm. Tuesday, March 28, 2006. A win...

My first job of the day was, as inofficial international fan representative, was to pick up this camera-shy superstar at the airport. Still expecting a match at Babelsberg the Kobald, for it is he, is raring for the game like all the other fans. thing is, the match has been cancelled. Well as you can see from the photo quality ...

Views of an exiled Linfield fan. Saturday, May 27, 2006. Berlin Cup Final 2006. TeBe 2 - 1 Hertha II (aet). What a day. What a night. Words won't do it justice, but I'll try my best. (Sorry, the photos aren't great, but my camera is technically broke.). The pre-match atmosphere builds, lots of familiar faces. The official crowd given was 1600, not a lot, but we made much more noise than you would believe 1000-odd could make. Our number was swelled in part by fans inspired by flyers (over 2000! Minute, we...
