Catch my nose - if you can: Spain 2007
http://annaschwartzkopf.blogspot.com/2007/04/spain-2007.html
Catch my nose - if you can. Monday, April 23, 2007. My favorite place in the world. I've worked it out, this is my favorite place in the world: La plaza del Pilar. This square is magic! I remember bumping into this place on my very first Erasmus day 8 years ago. I had had no idea that Zaragoza had such a basilica and this huge square! Now, 7 years later it was time to go back :-). I left a very sunny Berlin and arrived in rainy Barcelona - great! Of course, we went out! It was really strange to be back i...

Catch my nose - if you can: March 2005
http://annaschwartzkopf.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html
Catch my nose - if you can. Thursday, March 31, 2005. Got a topic for my essay. Into my professor's office I walked, and hanging on the door was the picture shown below :-) (Cool, isn't it, Mel? A copy of "The Scream" by Edward Munch used to be a nice decoration in the bathroom next to the toilet in my appartment in Akademgorodok, Siberia. At my farewell party, however, some art lover must have taken this well placed, highly distracting piece of art for it never turned up again! Posted by Anna at 4:29 PM.

http://annaschwartzkopf.blogspot.com/2007/08/august-in-berlin.html
Catch my nose - if you can. Thursday, August 23, 2007. Charming summer, really charming! Had lots of lovely thunder storms - truly amazing - and lots of rain. There even might have been some sunny days :-) And of those I really took advantage! Last weekend, Maria, Magda and I went to Köpenick, a district close to a lake and somewhat not citied. I've also been enjoying long walks in the city and celebrating my one year old habitation in Berlin. Posted by Anna at 9:31 PM. Den hast Du mir für teure 10!

Catch my nose - if you can: Baumbluetenfest
http://annaschwartzkopf.blogspot.com/2007/04/baumbluetenfest.html
Catch my nose - if you can. Sunday, April 29, 2007. Hundreds of thousands of visitors come to Werder (Havel) each and every year to celebrate the "Blossom Festival". It's a 30 min ride on the train, just a little further than Potsdam from Berlin. What you can do there? Well, it's basically about drinking wine :-) There is an amazing variety of fruit wines. I tried "strawberry rhubarb" and "plum" and it was really good! The festival is the second largest after Oktoberfest in Munich. Can you imagine?

http://annaschwartzkopf.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
Catch my nose - if you can. Tuesday, July 26, 2005. Like 28 years ago my birthday fell on a Sunday this year and I had a great birthday party in my appartment! I'm really, really flattered about the crowd of people who showed up and made this a wonderful party! I got extremely thoughtful presents, cards and emails, and can't say often enough, "THANK YOU! Pawel and the Polish vodka. Natalia and Yuan on the balcony. Lesha ("a lover, not a hater" as Paddy correctly observed) and Tania. It turned out that I ...

Catch my nose - if you can. Monday, August 29, 2005. I get to go on a business trip to Moscow for two days! How cool is that? My boss sends me as their "specialist" (she actually wrote that in an email to the place I'm going) to a seminar on Internet advertisement! I'm really excited about going and attending that thingy! Do I have to mention that the whole thing is in Russian and we don't know if ANYONE speaks English there? Right it will be the challenge of the year! I should be happy, right? Still not...
