Ramblings of an average runner. August 17, 2015. August 17, 2015. Oops, I did it again. I ran four times again this past week! I’m lucky to have a pretty flexible work schedule…and Fridays off during the summer, so I have been doing my long run through the week. Doing this means I can throw in an extra short run on the weekends. I started this week with a pretty tired 6k outdoor run on Monday morning. I had intended to do it around 5:30am, but slept in a bit due to a 3am wake up call by the 3 year old.
