http://atnconservative.blogspot.com/2009/02/madame-speaker-exaggerates.html
Thoughts and observations on Tennessee politics and the Obama Regime. Thursday, February 5, 2009. According to the esteemed Madame Speaker, 500 million. Americans are losing their jobs every month. Incredibly, no reporter present even questions her about it! Just one more example that Democrats can and will say anything. To perpetuate the gloom and doom factor they have championed. Thoughts and observations on Tennessee politics and the Obama Regime. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. President Reagan's First Inaugural Address. Twenty-eight years ago today, President Ronald Reagan delivered his first Inaugural Address. His was a true. Message of hope and change, ideals that he believed resided within the American people and not simply one man. Surely There Will Be No Missing "O"'s. Remember eight years ago today when the outgoing Clinton administration left $15,000 worth. George W. Bush.

Thoughts and observations on Tennessee politics and the Obama Regime. Wednesday, November 19, 2008. The one redeeming outcome of the election was the new Republican majorities in both houses of the Tennessee General Assembly. It will be glorious fun to see Democrat boss Jimmy Naifeh relegated to a common representative's seat on the House floor rather than the lofty pedestal he has occupied the past 17 years. I'm sure he won't find the view quite as nice as he enjoyed before. Thursday, November 6, 2008.

A Tennessee Conservative: Obama AWOL for National Day of Prayer
http://atnconservative.blogspot.com/2009/05/obama-awol-for-national-day-of-prayer.html
Thoughts and observations on Tennessee politics and the Obama Regime. Wednesday, May 6, 2009. Obama AWOL for National Day of Prayer. Friday is the National Day of Prayer, and the President once again shows that he is the President of the whole. United States and not just the liberal wing of the Democrat party. So it's no surprise that Barack Obama will not publicly observe. Why should Obama endure a National Day of Prayer when he doesn't even consider the United States to be "a Christian nation"? Anderso...

A Tennessee Conservative: I'm John Tanner and I've Been Here Too Long: The Career Politician
http://atnconservative.blogspot.com/2008/10/im-john-tanner-and-ive-been-here-too.html
Thoughts and observations on Tennessee politics and the Obama Regime. Tuesday, October 14, 2008. I'm John Tanner and I've Been Here Too Long: The Career Politician. Want change in Washington and at the state level, we need to get rid of the same old tired people that keep going back there time and again. And the best way to do it is term limits. One example is John Tanner, U.S. representative of Tennessee's 8th Congressional District. I can't say he's my. It because he's running unopposed yet again).

A Tennessee Conservative: John Tanner Calls It a Congressional Career

Thoughts and observations on Tennessee politics and the Obama Regime. Wednesday, December 2, 2009. John Tanner Calls It a Congressional Career. I was pleasantly surprised at the news this morning that John Tanner, representative of the TN Eighth Congressional District, has decided not to run for reelection. For the first time in 20 years, Tanner decided to call it a congressional career. (He's the second Blue Dog in the past two weeks to chose the retirement path. Is the reason why they are needed. Frank...

Friday is the National Day of Prayer, and the President once again shows that he is the President of the whole. United States and not just the liberal wing of the Democrat party. So it's no surprise that Barack Obama will not publicly observe. The Liberal Messiah, the agent of Change? That's why he was elected, wasn't it?

Paid for by Donovan For Congress – Stephanie Carlson Tres. Citizen Politician for Tennessee’s 5th District – Gerard Donovan for Congress. February 4, 2008. We see the term in print and hear it on the air. But what exactly does the term “Citizen Politician” mean? How does this square with the term “Career Politician”? How can someone who has never worried about being laid off understand challenges of finding a job in a changing economy? How have they made our lives better? How have the represented us?

Paid for by Donovan For Congress – Stephanie Carlson Tres. Citizen Politician for Tennessee’s 5th District – Gerard Donovan for Congress. Politics and America →. ENDA – Another Bad Idea. February 2, 2008. EMPLOYMENT NON-DISCRIMINATION ACT OF 2007. On Friday I was asked to comment on this bill, I couldn’t sleep last night thinking about how this bill needed to be responded to. Wanting to be politically correct and not alienating the extreme left or the extreme right. The other thing that this bill says to...
