http://brittanynjosh.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
January 27, 2010. 7 Feet in 7 Days, and Josh's Play Dates. January. The coming. Of a new decade. So first things first I had to take down all the Christmas decorations. Noone likes doing this. Josh told me if it's such a hassle we shouldn't put it all up next year. He would probably like this idea quite a bit. So finally I took it all down and put it away. Then I had to reattain the will power I h. The following week it snowed 7 feet in 7 days! This is also when my cousin Erik came to ride. He brough...

http://brittanynjosh.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
December 7, 2011. Busy, busy, busy! I am going to try to periodically update the blog. So let's just do a little catch. For anyone who hasn't heard Scarlett is having a little brother this Spring! We're due April 3! We'll have one of each, since we only planned on having two, we feel very lucky! Josh was so in disbelief that he actually asked the ultrasound tech to "make sure it is still a boy" at our next appointment. We've also finally set a date for the wedding August 11! Happy Holidays and a Boom!

Josh and Britt: August 2010
http://brittanynjosh.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
August 26, 2010. The appearance of stretch marks and speaking in tongues. We have reached the final countdown until Little Baby Rieske's arrival. With four weeks to go she dropped significantly and along with her move toward the exit came my first stretch marks :( They aren't dark and plentiful, but I thought we were in the clear at this point. Sad days for mommy. Again not thinking I asked, "Who? August 22, 2010. Four weeks and counting. Everything is looking good. Josh hates having pictures taken but a...

Cougar Life: February 2011
http://ielingslife.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
My life at "The Y.". Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Turns out Blake is a little bit tall. The second take was better. We got some snacks and drinks and we were on our way. After a couple hours we were in Idaho. We went straight to Mason(Blake's brother)'s basketball game in Les Bois and met up with Blake's parents. We had some pizza for dinner and then headed to Tyler(Blake's other brother)'s Varsity basketball game. We arrived back at Blake's home and started watching Despicable Me. Throughout the day I ...

Cougar Life: January 2011
http://ielingslife.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
My life at "The Y.". Friday, January 21, 2011. Especially when it is homemade. Last Friday, Blake and I took on the task of making a homemade BBQ chicken pizza, all from scratch. We even made our own dough! After mixing the dough, we went for a quick run in the Smith Fieldhouse on the indoor track and we let our dough rise. We came back STARVING, so instead of being patient and letting the dough get to the right size, we just decided to flatten it out onto the pan. We ended our night by watching The Sand...

Josh and Britt: Mr Stork: Our birth story
http://brittanynjosh.blogspot.com/2010/09/mr-stork-our-birth-story.html
September 29, 2010. Mr Stork: Our birth story. We started pushing at 5:30. It burned, it hurt, but it was all worth the little chubby angel that emerged at 5:43 am. Weighing in at 8 pounds and 14 ounces 20.5 inches tall with pouty lips and constantly trying to suck her hand. Everyone tells you how different your life will be from that moment on and how much you'll love them. You know they are right but uuntil you are in that moment you really don't know just how different and how much you'll love them.

What's Parker Reading?!?: If you were expecting a poem of the week you can go sit on a Pnin!
http://whatsparkerreading.blogspot.com/2010/11/if-you-were-expecting-poem-of-week-you.html
Monday, November 15, 2010. If you were expecting a poem of the week you can go sit on a Pnin! As I'm sure you've already heard by now from several friends and the news media, I failed to post a poem of the week this week. I've decided that instead of trying to play catch-up I'd build up my poetry power for next week. Besides I have a great novel I want to talk about, Vladimir Nabokov's Pnin. You might know Nabakov for his supposedly scandalous masterpiece Lolita. Ideally bald, sun-tanned, and clean-shave...
