Eine kleine Mission: December 2014
http://einekleinemission.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 29, 2014. Vielen dank an Condies. I have been amiss in not recognizing who is back home holding things together, calling us when we receive mail, sending us a copy of our marriage license (why would Germany care about that but they do? Petting and walking Millie, housing and feeding our children over the Christmas holidays, shoveling our walks, and so on. All this from my wonderful older sister who I admired and followed around as we were growing up. We love you more than we can say.

Eine kleine Mission: Outings near Frankfurt
http://einekleinemission.blogspot.com/2015/07/german-outings.html
Sunday, July 5, 2015. We've had some great day trips but the Greenwoods diagnosed me with the ABC's. Another beautiful cathedral, another big city, another baroque castle, another battlefield cemetery. Here are most of the European area Medical/Mental Health team members at Draconburg castle. Great group who cares much about missionaries. Stevens who are based in England, Greenwoods, Purdy and Hawkins (Biddulphs weren't in photo), and Rand. And us at The Residenz in Würzburg. Monday, March 9, 2015. We finally Facetimed with Nick. He gets his own post. Thursday, March 5, 2015. Our previous stage of Adjustments. Is progressing to "Accustomed". Some of the things we're getting used to are:. 1 - wearing church clothes everyday. Even when we're playing silly FHE games and feeding cute young adults. 2 - junk piles on the street. When a tenant moves out of an. Apartment, the whole place is gutted. Although Sister Matheson and I hauled this. Meticulous about recycling doesn't have a.

Eine kleine Mission: Around Frankfurt
http://einekleinemission.blogspot.com/2015/07/around-frankfurt.html
Sunday, July 5, 2015. One holiday when there wasn't much traffic, I jogged downtown. Cities on rivers are so picturesque. Especially when summer comes. This is one of the first blue-sky days. Look at everybody enjoying themselves. Within walking distance of us is this house with a moat - right near the city! Here's one of many fun sculptures in a wading pool. Some of us went to the Monet exhibit downtown. Jack and Vonnie Sharpe, June Smith and I loved it. July 12, 2015 at 7:28 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comm...

Eine kleine Mission: February 2015
http://einekleinemission.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 17, 2015. What kind of a mission is this? To be honest, this "mission" is more like a job than a typical mission. It has taken me awhile to understand that but I'm learning to appreciate that any contribution we make to helping missionaries do well is worthwhile, even if we're not the ones out teaching and serving others. So here's our office where we go most days. (That's Frank helping set up our computers). Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Bella's picture says it all. I love them! From Su...

Eine kleine Mission: Drinnen (indoors)
http://einekleinemission.blogspot.com/2015/08/drinnen-indoors.html
Saturday, August 1, 2015. Despite what this blog implies, we actually do some work in between bike rides and exploring. Here's a sample of what Rand has helped missionaries with during the first half of our mission. (I keep thinking there's another word for what we're doing - service, projects, unpaid employment.). Our kitchen sink was stopped up so I washed dishes in the bathroom sink; which really wasn't that different from the kitchen. Did they know I was in Germany? This is what people dress up in fo...

Sunday, November 30, 2014. Quick post of our Frankfurt apartment. More to come. Come in the door. Our bedroom, including federdeckes. Surprise to us so come visit! Notice the sunglasses on the desk, not in my purse. Looks like I won't be needing them in Frankfurt since the sun shines a mere 50 days per year. Reasonable bathroom, including clothes dryer and authentic German shelf toilet. Kitchen with Rand's yummy brot. Living room with cute German booth. Sunday, November 23, 2014. We wondered if we'd be h...
