Do you know which is closer; the North Pole or the Equator? For a few minutes today, we were right in the middle. I am happy to be heading back towards the equator and warmer weather. January 31, 2009. I remember having an Easy Bake Oven when I was little. I also remember that we didn't use it much. When Isabel got her Easy Bake Oven for Christmas this year, I found myself wondering why we didn't use it more when I was little. Then we tried out Isabel's oven and it all came back to me. On our final part of the journey, we decided to stop by Lake Shasta and see the beautiful water. This is what we saw. November 2, 2009. 1 chocolate cake mix. 1 c chocolate chips. Mix everything together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. I think we call these Cake Mix Cookies.
