Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Our friend Sylvia has returned to Iceland. She had been living here for over a year working as a Chaplin at the local hospital. So we had a girls night out to say Bon Voyage to our Icelandic friend. The girls, Me, Shawna, Sylvia, Alison, Anna and Emily went to Indochine. Which is one of the best restaurants in Wilmington. Monday, July 28, 2008. So I'm finally back from the land of post surgery yuckiness. I feel fabulous. Still a little tired and sore but the pain, that I have had radiating in my lower back for about. 10 or 12 years is gone, gone, gone. I'm amazed at how much different I feel. I think I had gotten so used to living in pain that it had become normal to me. So yeah, yeah, yeah! Now I have started exercising to build up my strenth and I'll be ready to roll. Thursday, October 30, 2008. I wrote some film reviews for the Cucalorus Film Festivals catalog but I missed the deadline so the reviews didn't make it in. I had not been feeling well when they were due and I messed up. But the Festival is awesome if you want to check it out. It's in Wilmington, NC,. Nov 12th to 15th.
