I love ice cream and as vegan ice cream is super easy to make, I decided to make some ice cream cupcakes. Sweet Oatmeal Ice Cream Cupcakes. 1 cup walnuts, soaked. 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked. 1/4 c filtered water. 1 medium can coconut milk. 1- 530 g pk silken tofu.
