I really liked how the patina made the letters pop from the background, and it was much easier to get a smooth surface using the bare bisque. If lea...

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. He is listing to starboard in a pretty obvious way. We usually adjust for a weight-bearing leg "pulling up" by shifting it ever so slightly in the opposite direction. The idea is that as it dries, it will pull into the proper place. But to know what constitutes a small shift, I need to have the legs lined up properly. Since the change is usually too subtle to see even when placing the original next to the casting, I needed another way to check. Sunday, October 10, 2010. Elsie...

Sage Creations: December 2010
http://sage-creations.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 20, 2010. Recently my mom was out of work, and while she was not working, I asked if she would make me some pouches to put my models in for transportation to shows. I also asked her to please make the pouches a little more fashionable than the ones I already had (What can I say, I. Cute/trendy colors and patterns! Custom orders will depend on the ...

http://sage-creations.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Look mom, my butt fits! The last one for a few days, I promise, mostly because I have company coming in the next few days and I probably ought to tend to my house a little. :0D. The red dancing horse saddle is done (save the lining), and the girth, bridle and collar still need attention, but I should have them wrapped in another week or two, and I still owe you guys some pics of the other native set in progress, hopefully by the weekend I'll have those!
