Running is Kas’ great passion, and to some extent it’s a passion of Kev’s too. And the girls dabble in a bit every now and then. It keeps us off the streets. The End of the World. Aug 3, 2015. We got up early this morning with the prospect of a moderately long drive ahead of us. The drive in question would take us to the End of the World, which in this corner of the world means the far southwestern tip of the Iberian Peninsula. Unlike below Land’s End. It’s not actually the most southerly part of the peninsula. Southern Spain below Cadiz. Is much further south. OK, so it’s the southwestern tip of mainland Portugal. It bears some similarity to Land’s End.

Meeting the Mrs 1998. Dec 31, 1998. I had two skiing holidays at the start of the year. The first was early on in the season at Courchevel. 1850, and it was on this holiday that I first really met Kas. The second holiday was five weeks later over the hill in Meribel. This was my “regular” outing with my old work mates and I remember I was already missing being with Kas, so there must have been something in it even though there was technically nothing going on at that time. Not that I cared much about that.
