We've been busy today. :) Ryan attended the funeral of a coworker's mother last night, which was 2 hours away, and we ended up going to bed pretty late. Thursday, June 23, 2011. The Great Outdoors -. It has come to my attention that I've been on a blogging hiatus for far too long. :) It's never intentional, to be honest, but here we are anyway, 2 months later! We'll be adding some bike rides on the W&OD trail to the mix. We also went to the National Zoo two weeks ago, which the kids LOVED. I asked Brooke that morning what she wanted to see at the zoo, and she said, "Um. crocodiles and fish! Ryan and I on Father's Day. Me and my boy, the pantsless wonder.

Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Yep, that's how he sees daddy most of the time. Brooke was very gently touching each tie, and commenting on how nice they were until we nearly reached the mall, Brooke gasped, stroked the fabric of a nice top, and said, "oh, this is LOVELY! It made me laugh so hard! Also made me contemplate how often I say "lovely". A cashier at one of the stores we went to took one look at Pierson, and said, "he looks just like you! Monday, November 24, 2008. This weekend we went to visit my cousins and some other friends down in SC. It was so much colder down there than we expected! We went to a soccer game on Saturday night and I knew I had to bundle Sam up a little extra than I planned on. So we went to Wal-Mart in hopes to find some long johns. They were totally out, so I bought him some white tights! I so hope I have a little girl one day to put tights on.they are so cute. Sam looked pretty cute in them though!

Monday, February 25, 2008. I love this little guy so much! Tuesday, February 19, 2008. This past weekend we took the youth group to a retreat in Ashville, NC. We left the church Sat. morning around 5 and headed back on Monday. Sunday everyone went skiing at Black Mountain. It was a terrible day for skiing! Sam was such a good baby the whole trip. I think heenjoyed being passed around and especially his first bus ride! Tuesday, February 5, 2008. It's hard to believe that Sam is 3 months now!
