This is the time I usually FaceTime with mum and dad but given they are partying it up in London Town I will write a blog instead. With Scott busy working out back prepping the land in front of the man cave for a cement pour next weekend, it meant I headed off for my Sunday run with just the dogs. Around mile 7.6 this is what we saw. Despite not having my pacer (Scott) with me I was pretty pleased with how my run went today.
