Saturday, July 30, 2011. As a mother who also works at home, I know how hard it is to concentrate with little ones around. They just want your constant attention, thats all. Today my 7-year-old son said to me, I love you, Mom. But why are you always so boring? I imagine he asked that because Ive been burying myself in a manuscript edit and havent had much time to play. Archive for August, 2014. In Which I Refrain from Making Butt Jokes. Thursday, August 7th, 2014. I ran in to the Flying J and bought some silicone repair tape, and I tried to tape the thing together the best I could. It wasn’t very good, though, because I could barely reach the hose, and there just wasn’t much left to tape together. I tried driving it, but it started overheating again after just a few minutes. It looked like we were stuck there. Why did it take them an hour and a half to find that out?
