Why Study at CalArts? School of Film/Video Technical Resources. Dear Film/Video Faculty and Staff,. It is with strong, mixed emotions that on Tuesday, July 1, I will officially end my tenure as Dean. After twelve years of fighting to help keep our four programs vital and competitive, it is time for me to hand the reins over to someone who has fresh energy and a new perspective.
