Make the burning stop.....: September 2005
http://abcarney.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Make the burning stop. Thursday, September 29, 2005. Clinging to the rocks. Letting go has never been my strong suit. Ive always said tenacity is my blessing and my curse. When I walked out of my apartment on Saturday, September 17th for the last time, I wasn't sad at all. That's never happened to me. Every time I've left a place I called home I always had some sort of sadness. Works then I may even be able to let go of my expectations and really. Just experience each moment again. Make the burning stop.....: October 2004

Make the burning stop. Friday, October 22, 2004. Great out of the gate. So I've created a few blogs and then I've abandoned them (much like the journal next to bed crying out for me to empty my addled brain). I have one on my web page at Comedy Soap Box and I think there are two entries. I had another one on my website (the sillymonkey blog spot) that I think I managed to write in twice. If my personal life wasn't such a strange, unpredictable, confusingly chaotic mess I would have a real career in stand up comedy. Of course, if my personal life wasn't in the aforementioned state I wouldn't have anything good for my act. Posted by AB at 6:11 PM. This here blog contains. New York City, NY, United States. Make the burning stop.....: November 2004

Make the burning stop. Wednesday, November 10, 2004. You see what I mean? My first and only post was almost three weeks ago. So here's what I've been up to. Who cares though. I'm off to Europe in one week for my first time out of the country. (Note: When you grow up in Western New York, Canada no longer counts as out of the country. ). Anyhow, I'm just putting the finishing touches on our two daytrips. One to Versailles and the other Ostia Antica - just outside Rome. And. My very cool little ...I live to...

Make the burning stop.....: April 2005

Make the burning stop. Thursday, April 28, 2005. I'm amazed at how little time it takes for someone to become entwined in my life. This someone especially. We started dating in January and things rather quickly became intense, comfortable and exciting. And not long after, confused, conflicted and argumentative. Part of the problem is that I continue to focus on what was good, what worked. instead of looking more closely at the things that were inherently different. Posted by AB at 2:57 AM. Tuesday, April...

Make the burning stop. Wednesday, June 29, 2005. I've been a horribly inconsistent blogger as of late. sigh. I've had out of town guests, play readings, comedy shows and bad cramps : ). Anyhow, my good friend sent me this link today - http:/ www.overheardinnewyork.com/. I thought it was flippin hilarious and proves that New Yorkers are some of the funniest people on the planet. I'm terribly behind in relation to pop culture so if you discovered this site ages ago, just ignore me. Posted by AB at 4:59 PM.

Make the burning stop. Wednesday, July 27, 2005. Get On The Good Foot. CANCER (June 21-July 22): Emily Dickinson had a boundless imagination and an intense craving for privacy. She wrote nearly 1800 poems, but kept them to herself, stashing most of them in a trunk belonging to her maid. Only seven of them were published while she was alive. Why did she hide the brilliant and prolific outpouring of her soul? I love Rob Brezny's horoscopes. They're always witty and wise. I'm really not an astrology. Anyhow...
