Wednesday, December 26, 2007. Here is Ben setting out cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve right before bed. Next, here is after Santa delivered the drums he was so badly wanting, with Collin watching him bang away. Here is Ben and Logan playing with their pretend leaf blowers, that broke after very little use! And then when we got home, Ben had to try out his roller skates.another request from Santa! I must share my new favorite smoothie recipe. It is packed with antioxidants and tastes so very good! 1 Cup of frozen blueberries. 1/2 cup of non-fat frozen vanilla yogurt. 1 somewhat ripe banana. 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of unsweetened apple juice. 1 cup of raw, washed spinach leaves. 1 teaspoon or so of light agave syrup(optional). 1 dollop of whipped cream on top(optional). A Great Mocha Recipe. This is not a food blog). 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa (preferably Ghirardelli’s). 188; tsp. vanilla. 188; cup sugar.

Thursday, February 28, 2008. So my friend, Carrie, and I have been visiting our athletic club a lot here lately. My first visit in many months was 2 weeks ago for jazzercise. I was thinking to myself how hard can jazzercise. Be, I took jazz as a kid. I arrived, and as we are getting our spot back in the far corner away from the see through door I see this skinny athletic girl who is our teacher. Come to find out she has a new baby, and worked out the whole time she was pregnant up to delivery!
