Strawberry Spinach Salad with Bermuda Triangle and Stout -Balsamic Reduction. 1 C Balsamic Vinegar. 1 ½ C Stout Beer (I like O’Hara’s Irish Stout or Guinness Extra Stout). 1/3 C Brown Sugar. 1 tsp Kosher Salt. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir to dissolve sugar. Cook over medium heat until reduced by ½. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 1/2 medium red onion, sliced.
