The Children‘s Centre is located in the grounds of The Body Shop Australia headquarters in Mulgrave. It was created in 1994 to support employees with families, and to provide families in the local community with high-quality and reliable childcare. We currently have 115 places and provide care and educational programmes for children aged from three months to five years old. Seven dedicated rooms – Possums, Panda. This year, Children’s Chance shipped 175,000 books! 2011 was a record year for us. We shipped 5 containers (175,000 books) to 5 countries: Antigua, Belize, Guyana, Jamaica and The Bahamas. Each country received 1,300 boxes containing 35,000 books for their schools and libraries. We will hopefully reach 3 million books collected, packaged and shipped in 2012.
