There's always a reason to celebrate, to mark the moment in a larger-than-life way. Here are a few events of which I have been a part. The image on the right is from a 70th birthday party in which the desire was to bring old friends together in a ritual. I marked out a form that during their ceremony each participant highlighted with their rake. This design was created for a very romantic man and includes the words "will you marry me? Partner Flow: Preparation list for attending a Playshop

A philosophical perspective of the movement art form we call Partner Flow. Preparation list for attending a Playshop. Wear loose clothing that is comfortable for you and your partner to roll around in. Avoid exposed zippers, buckles and scratchy seams. Bring a water bottle and come hydrated. Bring yoga mats if you have one. Come with satisfied but empty bellies. If you desire bring a light snack (fruit, nuts etc). Come well rested- you'll get much more if you are alert in your body.
